Buongiorno! Finalmente trovo un forum di yogi e la prima cosa che faccio è scrivere nella sezione ricette...lo yoga (che pratico da un anno nella versione bikram) non mi rende meno golosa a quanto pare. Avete mai fatto dei pancake vegani? Ci metto fiocchi d'avena, bicarbonato, stevia e latte di soia. Al tutto aggiungo dei tocchetti di mela. Voi avete mai provato ricette simili rendendo vegan e super healthy qualcosa che prima era tutto il contrario?
